安装win2003系统的IIS时，常常会遇到无法复制光盘或I386包中的一些文件
无法通过控制面板---->添加或删除程序----->点击添加或删除windows组件-->选中internet信息服务来添加IIS组件，提示什么“无法复制STAXMEM.DLL”等，但文件明明存在.取消进入下一步，弹出“无法复制一个或多个文件，错误码0x4b8”，一路取消，最后只能生成一个"internet信息服务"图标，但双击弹出错误。
解决办法:
开始 > 运行 > 输入 CMD >再输入以下命令：
esentutl /p %windir%/security/database/secedit.sdb
然后再安装一次，就可以解决了。
输入上述命令后，出现如下字样，则表示成功了，下一步可以安装IIS了！
